General Shipping InformationShipping fee will vary depending on shipping destination and the package size, duties and taxes prepaid. Orders typically ship within 2 working days from Hong Kong. Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays within Hong Kong. Shipping time from 2 to 5 working days depending on location. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes at this time.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us in its original condition & packaging within 30 days of purchase. Already marked-down items cannot be returned and exchanged.

Warranty
We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. As such, we offer a limited 5 year warranty on backpacks and bags, and a 2 year warranty on other items and accessories.
This is my 2nd bag. The 1st one I have had for years and I took to Europe 4x. I fit so much in this bag and it was secure. No worries about thieves getting away with my important papers and money. Great, secure bag! Getting a new one because the other one is getting a bit worn, but still good.
