I love the look and feel of the Transit jacket. And all the pockets are great for carrying everything I need, whether it's a trip to the store or a fun vacation! I did need to go up one size from my normal jacket size. But if you want a snug fit stick to your normal jacket size.
I am gonna return it only because I need a different size. It feels great though.
good quality
Bought them in anticipation of 24 hours of air travel from Chicago to the Philippines via Narita. Haven't made the trip yet, but have done 'test drives' with them, and they seem perfect for their stated purpose. My only concern is that I'll be traveling using only a carry-on for three weeks, and they will take extra space because they're too heavy for the tropics. That will be at least partially solved by using a compression/vacuum bag when I repack after arrival.
I bought this for my son in law who is a detective for the police dept. He loves the internal pockets, large hood and thickness of the fabric. He plans to use the hoodie when he travels to Africa (work) and Europe (vacation). He loves the quality of the hoodie and highly recommends it for travel.
