Great design amd quality but I found that getting my passport in and out to be fiddly. On contacting customer care about this I had a good conversation with Brad and another bag was sent out to me immediately. This proved to be easier to use.
The customer service and care has been outstanding.
I will be putting the bag into use next week during a trip to Spain.
It’s too small and would be better if the strap could come off completely and have a belt loop attached. The strap sits uncomfortably around the neck and digs into the skin. It doesn’t sit comfortably on the t-shirt or clothing unless it is a thick jacket but this bag is meant ti sit under jackets.
