Warranty
We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. As such, we offer a limited 5 year warranty on backpacks and bags, and a 2 year warranty on other items and accessories.
Very useful locking systems, zip compartments and pockets inside providing security as you wander through crowds. In busy places I wear it on the front, but generally it is equipped with decent security systems and is compact. Helpful to have a side pocket outside the bag for carrying water, tissues etc

I bought this after having my cash stolen from my 'posh' backpack in Spain this summer. I couldn't believe the pickpocket had taken cash out of my purse without me even being aware. I started looking for something more secure, but didn't want a huge backpack to carry around. I hesitated over the price of this one but ordered it to have a look. Well, I can honestly say it is the perfect size for everyday use. It carries my purse, car key, house keys, glasses case, water bottle and umbrella and still has room for a Kindle or other items. It sits very comfortably on my back and does not feel at all heavy. I feel my belongings are safe when I'm travelling on a packed Tube, or eating out. I am very pleased and will buy more Pacsafe products, rather than be lured into Louis Vuitton again.
A few weeks ago I was robbed on the London Underground by a man who followed me off the Tube. I had thought my cheap backpack (from a well-known outdoor brand) was safe as I was aware of my surroundings. But in the 20 seconds that my back was turned, the man got my wallet and phone. I chased him and got them back, but I resolved then to invest in a Pacsafe bag and never let myself be vulnerable like that again. The Pacsafe Petite is lovely to use! Comfortable, cute, very neat and stylish, and I enjoy using the security features which would have been enough to deter my particular thief. I'll still be very careful wearing any backpack now, but the casual, opportunist pickpocket/thief would struggle to open this before I was alerted. Pacsafe isn't cheap but absolutely worth the price.
