Our Returns Policy

We want you to love everything you purchase from Pacsafe and we stand by every item we make. If you purchased a product directly from our site and aren’t satisfied for any reason, simply return it to us unused within 30 days and we’ll issue you a refund for the product.

The cost for product returns are borne by customers for all non-warranty related returns.

Already marked-down items cannot be returned and exchanged.

*If you return item(s) that were part of the Singles' Day Sale discount and the returned amount causes the total amount to become ineligible for the Singles' Day Sale discount, the discount applied to the entire order will be deducted from the refund amount.

How to begin the returns process:

Step 1: Submit your return request

Click the link and follow the steps to submit your return request. You'll need your order number and an email address. We'll send you an email confirmation to confirm that we've received your request.

Step 2: Follow the steps on the returns instruction email

Once we've approved your return, you will receive an instruction email to return your items.

Please ensure you return your items in the condition that they were sold, with all the original tags and labels.

Didn't receive the instruction email? Please check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, please contact apsupport@pacsafe.com.

Step 3: Tender your parcel to your preferred courier.

Once you send out your parcel, please reply the instruction email with the returns tracking number.

Please keep your proof of posting receipt until we have acknowledged receipt of your items.

Once your return is received and checked you’ll get an email notification informing you that we’ve initiated a refund, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
