Our Returns Policy

We want you to love everything you purchase from Pacsafe and we stand by every item we make. If you purchased a product directly from Int.pacsafe.com and aren’t satisfied for any reason, simply return it to us unused within 30 days and we’ll issue you a refund for the product.

The cost for product returns are borne by customers for all non-warranty related returns.

Please note:

Already marked-down items cannot be returned and exchanged.

In the event of a return, all products purchased in a bundle must be returned together. The full amount will be credited to the original payment method.

If you purchased your item through our authorized retailers, please contact them directly to arrange your return.

How to begin the returns process:

Step 1: Submit your return request

Click the link and follow the steps to submit your return request. You'll need your order number and an email address. We'll send you an email confirmation to confirm that we've received your request.

Step 2: Follow the steps on the returns instruction email

Once we've approved your return, you will receive an instruction email to return your items.

Please ensure you return your items in the condition that they were sold, with all the original tags and labels.

Didn't receive the instruction email? Please check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, please contact hksupport@pacsafe.com.

Step 3: Tender your parcel to your preferred courier.

Once you send out your parcel, please reply the instruction email with the returns tracking number.

Please keep your proof of posting receipt until we have acknowledged receipt of your items.

Once your return is received and checked you’ll get an email notification informing you that we’ve initiated a refund, please allow up to 3 business days for the processing to be completed. Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method, which may take 5-7 business days depending on your payment service provider.

General

We dispatch orders within 2 working days from Hong Kong. Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays within Hong Kong.

We deliver worldwide, delivery times and shipping fees will vary depending on destination and package size. This is calculated at checkout.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes at this time.

Orders may be subject to duties and taxes levied by the customs office of destination country. To simplify the customs clearance process on products shipped by Pacsafe.com, all duties and taxes are calculated by our system and charged at checkout dependent on destination customs policies.

The shipping fee will vary depending on shipping destination and the package size.

Duties and taxes

Orders to countries outside of Hong Kong may be subject to duties and taxes levied by the customs office of destination country. The order recipient is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all duties and taxes.

To simplify the customs clearance process on products shipped by Pacsafe.com, you will pay for the product, the duties and taxes, and the cross-border delivery in a single checkout on the Pacsafe.com. The total cost is guaranteed - pre-calculated and pre-paid, so you won’t receive any bills from the shipping company or customs.

With respect to each item for which duties and taxes have been pre-calculated, you authorize Pacsafe.com to designate a carrier to act as your direct or indirect representative/agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise, process and remit your duties and taxes for such item.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information in case you have any question about duties and taxes.

Order processing

Orders received after 12 pm Hong Kong Time will be processed the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays within Hong Kong. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed after public holidays and during busy periods.

Delivery

There may be times where we will need additional information from you to clear your shipment through customs. Please ensure your information in checkout is accurate and customs can reach you during the delivery window.

Free Shipping

Our free shipping offer only applies to eligible countries and single orders which meet the minimum purchase amount. Duties and taxes don't contribute to the minimum purchase amount.

Canceling items or changing your shipping address might affect your order's free shipping eligibility.

If Pacsafe.com is responsible for the item cancellation due to stock issues, the free shipping offer will still apply to the remaining items.

Pacsafe.com reserves the right to offer and discontinue the free shipping offer to any country at any time.
