Good quality product with sturdy but comfortable materials. Plenty of compartments and places to store. Secure bag. Everything I want for my holiday in a busy tourist destination.
I had an issue with the 3rd party courier delivering the product however the customer service I received was outstanding. Couldn’t ask for a better resolution in what was a frustrating time sensitive delivery
