The zippers on the front pocket are very hard to open.
It took me a bit of time to figure out how to open the lockable zippers on the front pocket. You have to push down on the tiny bumpy surface and then pull the other zipper up. Even though I figured it out, I tried to call Pacsafe UK but no one answered the telephone. These zippers require strong fingers and hands to undo them, so if you have arthritis or something similar (maybe Repetitive Strain Injury) this bag is not for you. The other zippers that slide together are much easier on your hands and fingers.
