Very practical back pack. I like the pocket at the front. It is easy to access items in the pocket, unlike other front pockets on other back packs. I also like that: a) the bag can be carried on your back or it can be easily carried like a purse; b) when you put the backpack down it does not fall over; c) when the you need to access items in the main part of the bag, the opening stays open; d) has a separate space for laptop or ipdad; and e) is anti-theft.
I haven’t used it yet, as I purchased it for a trip to Spain later this month. However, it’s exactly what I hoped. Love the security features. Size is perfect to use as personal item for beneath the seat in front of me. Thanks.

It went with me everyday 8-10 hrs a day and held up great!

I loved using this bag during my two week trip in Nova Scotia. It was great as a backpack and also as a personal carry-on for my flight.
I did have a hard time unlocking the top zipper. I have a little arthritis in my thumb joints and found it bothersome to work. I would still recommend it for durability and safety.
