Warranty
We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. As such, we offer a limited 5 year warranty on backpacks and bags, and a 2 year warranty on other items and accessories.
Great pockets and features although not yet used just having time to get used to it to ensure no hesitation when away - love the locking features and size. Easy to order and very quick delivery.
The price point could be lower and the material could have a higher rating for durability and perhaps waterproof vice water resistant. I choose this one, because it has the hidden zipper pocket in the back of the pack. I wish your other pack was designed with the hidden zippered back pocket if one wanted the smaller sized version. It can be used as a sling; hip pack/waistpack; or perhaps like a shoulder bag. It has the usual great Pacsafe roobar locking system. In my humble opinion the blue strings can get in the way when all are locked together in the ROI at lock. If one were to use the blue strings on the zipper pulls I would prefer it to blend in with the pack’s color /zipper color used to be more discreet. The Pacsafe logo is a bit much on the front. Perhaps a little logo tag sewn in on the side would be enough to “market” your product, but not so it shouts out who made it. It is comfortable and I have used it wearing it in front of me as a crossbody sling. It works well and I can get to my stuff easily.
This is my second product and I'm very pleased. Very good quality, very useful.
It is lightweight, functional and also good looking. What else do you need? Me not more. It is my first Pacsafe equipment, but I guess it won't be my last.
I’m off travelling soon but have been using my new Waist Pack. It’s just perfect! The anti theft safety aspect with locks makes me feel so much more confident travelling with valuables etc. It is also very nicely made - a quality item that feels nice to use and wear. Love it ! Thank you
