Warranty

I loved using this bag during my two week trip in Nova Scotia. It was great as a backpack and also as a personal carry-on for my flight.
I did have a hard time unlocking the top zipper. I have a little arthritis in my thumb joints and found it bothersome to work. I would still recommend it for durability and safety.
Perfect size for my new daily bag!
I ordered this backpack for a trip to Turkey and Greece. It was great. I felt very secure with it, and it was comfortable to carry. It is a good size. The only complaint I have is it is not very easy to get into with one hand. You have to pretty much put it down on a surface and use 2 hands to enter the main area. Great for security, hard when you're wearing it all day and needing to get into it. Can't have it both ways I guess. All in all I am very happy with it.
This bag can be used as a personal item for both US and European flights. Yet, it has enough pockets and rooms for my stuff. It is also pretty secure against losing things or getting stolen. Very satisfied.
This bag by far is the best one for traveling. In June 2023, I did my research on a book bag that was good For traveling. I was exited to be going to Israel and Egypt for two weeks, I bought the bag. I can say that the bag wow me going to the field trip, plus coming back home safely. It hold a lot of my stuff's, I also put my clothes and other important things inside, if anything happened to my luggage, yes, it got loss and find it later. If anybody read this message, I personally recommend anyone to buy the bag.
