    Shipping fee will vary depending on shipping destination and the package size, duties and taxes prepaid. Orders typically ship within 2 working days from Hong Kong. Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays within Hong Kong. Shipping time from 2 to 5 working days depending on location. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes at this time.

    Ok but some things I didn’t like

    I bought the lime green colour - loved the colour and the concept. However, after using it for a 2 week holiday I felt it has some flaws. The bag is very padded so when folded down it’s pretty bulky. The shoulder strap is very uncomfortable, whether as a backpack or shoulder bag the buckle hit my shoulder blade or collar bone. However I tried to adjust it the buckle was always a nuisance . The strap was thick and pretty inflexible which made it uncomfortable. As a backpack it hangs badly from the top clip. Sadly this was an expensive purchase I doubt I will use again

    Great Idea - not so well-executed

    I love the idea of a multi-use/style secure bag/ruck sack….but don’t think the rucksack styling/connection has been thought out/designed in successfully. The straps of the rucksack don’t hold to whatever length you set them too and, with no strap pads/padding, the bag can be a little uncomfortable to wear in either style for an extended period if you have any weight in it. However, I do like the safety features of the bag.

    Frustrating as backpack

    I purchased 2 weeks ago, to go away OS. I could not get the straps to work properly, they need the press stud option to secure in place. Previous products included an inner clip which was extremely helpful if u want to secure passport wallet etc, but it is now missing.

    I hope they can rectify these problems in future products!

    Love my new backpack/sling bag

    Highly recommend the convertible backpack. It’s very practical and convenient.

    The only thing that is a bit annoying for me (and is the reason for not giving 5 stars) is the way that the strap goes when you use it in backpack mode. There should be a bit more convenient and practical way to attach the strap to the metallic part.
