As of this writing, I’ve had this backpack for over two weeks. Its not my first pacsafe item. I’ve used the Vibe 25L, Metrosafe LS200 sling, V100 wallet,, and EXP45. And this one looks and feels like a pacsafe.
This is my comprehensive review:
1. Ease of use: 5/5
Since it’s not my first Pacsafe, I was pretty familiar with the Roobar configuration as well as the strap lock. The front safety zipper is pretty intuitive. And all the zippers have this satisfyingly crispy yet smooth feeling.
2. Comfort: 4/5
The straps are very comfortable, ergonomic, and easily adjustable. The back cushioning adds a little ventilation, reducing hotspots on the inner lats of your back. I kinda wished there was an optional sternum/waist strap to help keep the weight closer to your center of gravity when the bag is full. It also helps distribute the weight and gives your traps/shoulders a little bit of relief.
3. Carrying Capacity: 5/5
At first, I thought a 25L bag wouldn’t be enough to carry all my stuff. But amazingly, the laptop sleeve is a snug fit for my thiccboi 15.6 Dell G15 Gaming Laptop. The tablet sleeve also snugly fits my 10.2” iPad, but I don’t think a 12.9” iPad Pro will fit.
The side bottle sleeves can also be opened up and are a little stretchy. They both can carry my coffee tumbler and my 1.5L Nalgene water bottle. All the other internal pockets can also fit my pens, chargers, pocketable jacket, notebooks, first-aid kit, a reusable shopping bag, wallet, calculator, gym…
