I wanted a sling bag as I find rucksacks are a bad for my back. My purchase is of good quality & the security features are excellent. I like the number of discreet pockets inside and it’s easy to find everything. Not too bulky and ideal for days out.
Good quality great size
I bought this for my trip to Paris because I was paranoid about pickpockets. Thankfully, I didnt get robbed, but I really enjoyed carrying around the sling bag. I could fit both mine and my partners phones and passports, a compact umbrella, cash, hand-wash, and all sorts. Its a really great bag and i'm glad I made the purchase. I look forward to having it with me in my future trips.
I’ve had the 5L sling for awhile now. It’s the best size between being too small and too large for daily travel wear. I usually pack it in my luggage until I get to my destination. I can carry my sunglasses and prescriptions easily. I also carry a small tripod in it and powerbank. Throw in a packable tote in case you buy any food or souvenirs since its not really big enough to carry a ton of items. It’s design to be pretty slim. So really items that you would normally carry in a jacket would fit well. The only improvement I would add is a front pocket. Just for quick access and so you wouldn’t need to open the main pocket to put away items you did not need to secure like a bus pass or city guides.
I bought the sling for an upcoming trip, but I'm using it every day to practice with it. With a little practice, I have been able to unlock and open the zipper one-handed without looking. The strap requires two hands, and I haven't yet learned the trick to re-close the zipper with one hand. Very practical/handy.
