Orders typically ship within 2 working days from Hong Kong. Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays within Hong Kong. Shipping time from 2 to 5 working days depending on location.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes at this time.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. As such, we offer a limited 5 year warranty on backpacks and bags, and a 2 year warranty on other items and accessories.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us in its original condition & packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Lovely day to day pack

The 15L back pack is just the right size for work place . It carries all I need for the day . Plus the security is reassuring which was the main selling point. The green is a lovely shade with two tone pattern . Really pleased .
