The bag is just the size I wanted and quality was good. Not bulky but could fit my essentials plus a bottle of water. Safety features made it feel secure in busy locations, so was happy either way my choice

12 days after my purchase reached DHL for delivery, it remains undelivered.
I was hoping for more from this bag for the price but I did feel safer using it compared to a normal cross body bag. The security zips and strap is reassuring although I did find the strap dug often slipped into my neck in a way my other crossbody bags never do, I think it's the smooth fabric that means it slips. I was disappointed with the internal RFID pocket, fine for a lone traveller but I had my kids passports too and couldn't fit them in. It was also too small for my phone or wallet so ended up being useless even though it was one of the main things I bought it for I ended up having to buy an extra case to keep them safe in. It's a good size bag, I could fit extras like a paperback, 500ml water bottle and mini umbrella as well as wallet, phone, mini first aid kit. Because of the size the lack of internal pockets was a pain, I kept losing smaller things and wish it had some of the small side pockets other bag manufacturers include. It won't replace my existing crossbody as a day to day bag but I'll probably travel with it again.
Love this bag and it’s held quite a few items while I’ve been out and about in Rome. The colour and pattern is lovely. The picture is me at the top of St Peter’s Basilica . Would recommend this bag
