I have for some time wanted to replace my old Pacsafe crossbody with similar dimensions because it started to show signs of the heavy use it has been over the years. This new bag, unfortunately, makes too many compromises. The old one had three pockets, instead of just two. The small front pocket was perfect for the phone, and the back pocket was just for the iPad Mini. Now, if I want to access my iPad, I have to open the big pocket and riskother things in it falling out. The locking system is overly complicated and requires both hands to open and close the zippers. The old one was a simple one-had operation, yet secure. Gone are the secret card pocket and the hook for keys of the old bag. However, with no better optionson the market, one must make do with this one.
It perfectly fits a smaller pro camera like from Fuji, Sony etc. including a small lens - plus a phone.
I have used the large festival bag for several years. I love the purse but I needed something slightly larger for our travel days. We cruise often and then excursions in many ports cities. I needed a purse to hold passports, USA currency wallet, foreign currency wallet, husband wallet, cell phone etc to the ship. This may be by bus, plane or train and it had to be personal item size. Once on the ship, I needed a purse for touring the port but was still small enough for every day. And it had to lock.
This fits all the boxes. The locks are not as easy as the other purse but with practice, it is very easy to use. I would recommend this purse.
