    Our warehouse will be closed on October 7 in observance of a public holiday in Hong Kong. Orders submitted after 12:00 PM (HKT) on October 6 through October 7 will be processed once operations resume on October 8.

    Shipping fee will vary depending on shipping destination and the package size, duties and taxes prepaid. Orders typically ship within 2 working days from Hong Kong. Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays within Hong Kong. Shipping time from 2 to 5 working days depending on location.     Not as good as the Citysafe pack from 8 years ago

    I bought a similar Pacsafe Citysafe series of this pack 8 years ago and I wish Pacsafe still made it! It was better looking, had more comfortable shoulder straps, had a slightly roomier main compartment, and it's side pockets were much more functional and ergonomic to use. The side pockets on this pack are too small for most water bottles and too tight and/or angle too tough to get phone in and out of while wearing pack. Instead, I must remove one shoulder in order to be able to access my phone from the side pocket, which is quite inconvenient. It's still a really well made pack with great theft deterrents, but just not as ergonomically friendly or attractive.

    It’s cute

    The book bag is cute; however, I bought this for a trip to Japan, and my shoulders were so sore after an hour of wearing this book bag. And there wasn’t anything big in it. I had my allergy medications (epi pen, Benadryl and emergency inhaler) and a card wallet, and after an hour of walking, the straps felt like they were digging into my shoulders. The other thing was, I didn’t realize there wasn’t a strap on the inside of the bag to connect my wallet to, so I hooked it to the tag inside there. Again, it’s a cute bag, just didn’t have everything I expected.

    Great city bag when you are travelling. Lock it your seat or table so you can go and grab food at the breakfast time so no one can figure out to steal your bag easily.
