Warranty
We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. As such, we offer a limited 5 year warranty on backpacks and bags, and a 2 year warranty on other items and accessories.
This is an excellent and really useful lock. It is easy to use, but was quite difficult to set up to start with and the instructions were minimal.
A friend in CA was traveling on a train in Italy recently and someone stole his suitcase from the luggage rack. He and his spouse suggested a lock to tie bags together - more difficult to steal. So I bought one.
