Warranty
We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. As such, we offer a limited 5 year warranty on backpacks and bags, and a 2 year warranty on other items and accessories.
I tried several anti theft crossbody bags before I found this one. Some were too big, one was too small, and one was complicated/hard to use. This one is well made, has a range of features that I appreciate, and when the zippers are open it's easy to access things in the main and side compartments.
To date, I’ve only owned the within-referenced PACSAFE bag less than one month. So far, so good. However, I wish it were somewhat larger! (Or maybe, I need to try to “downsize” regarding which items I may need (versus not need) to carry in my (daily) PACSAFE crossbody bag. To date, no one has tried to slash, or cut through, my bag. I’ll also be curious to see how long the “clasps” may last (which secure the strap to my bag. PACSAFE may want to ask my opinion again, after I’ve owned my crossbody bag one, or more, year(s).

It doesn’t hold much and opening are a little small too. It’s cute and i appreciate the travel safety aspects
It is big enough to carry my wallet and other important items, yet it is small enough to carry around , it makes me feel confident, I am looking forward to my trip with this bag!
