Warranty
We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. As such, we offer a limited 5 year warranty on backpacks and bags, and a 2 year warranty on other items and accessories.
I love my sling bag and have carried it all over the Mediterranean countries. It’s very comfortable and the inside pockets are designed well so I know where my items are. It has a perfect spot for my passport. I’ve carried a water bottle in it easily and it never seems too heavy for my shoulders, even though I’m a small 5’1”
I'll give the bag itself 5 stars - I like its operation, organization, and it feels secure (thankfully not tested on this trip). I bought prior to a trip thinking it was the right size as a single everyday pack. However, after a couple days I realized that I hadn't thought carefully about my needs. Only a couple things actually need to be both secure and readily accessible -- think phone, a credit card or two, hotel key, maybe passport. Everything else for day to day use - umbrella, water bottle, power bank, first aid kit, hat, kids stuff, pen, hand sanitizer, etc etc, -- doesn't really need to be secure, and it gets annoying to keep opening your "secure storage" every time you need a napkin (and the bag was a little small for some days). Personally, I think I would have been better off with a substantially smaller secure cross body bag, coupled with a regular backpack for all the other stuff that I wanted to carry most days but usually don't feel the need to be super secure about - if someone steals my water bottle its not the end of the world.
So, to summarize, I have no complaints about the bag itself. However, think carefully about how you plan to use it and what you want to keep in it before deciding if its the right thing, or if a smaller or larger bag might be more suitable.
I would offer one suggestion though for this bag -- having a smaller externally accessible pocket for just a phone plus one or two cards would be useful. Especially when navigating transit in an…
I am so excited about this bag! It truly is the best size and shape. I originally purchased the hip pack, which is also an awesome bag, but a little too small for what I needed. I needed a chest sling for an upcoming trip that could fit the necessities, an A5 journal and maybe a small water bottle. This bag does all that without being bulky or crammed too tight on the inside. I'm a 5-foot tall woman and don't find this bag to be too cumbersome when filled. It has a sleek, rounded design and really seems to "mold" to your shape to stay comfortable! With the wire security features in the strap, I had anticipated it being rough and stiff. It is the opposite! It's quite soft and the edges are smooth so it doesn't cut into your shoulder or neck. The zippers and anti-theft locks work smoothly and you can just see the excellent quality of this bag! And it feels so great to purchase a sustainable bag from a company that is actually proactive in preservation and environmental stewardship! I definitely recommend the urban sling!!
Return an item and was charged 10% Return fee even after I paid for shipping. Never did I a notification off such fees. Completely dissatisfied.

A lot of bags are so small you carry your edc without printing or it doesn’t fit. This bag is roomy enough that you can conceal your firearm as well scared mags without issue. Also just took it on a cruise and it was a great day carry sling bag for shopping on the islands.
