Holiday Shipping Notice
Our warehouse will be closed on Friday, April 18, 2025, and Monday, April 21, 2025, in observance of the Easter holiday. Orders received between noon on April 17 and April 21will be processed and shipped within three business days after the warehouse reopens on Tuesday, April 22, 2025.

General Shipping Information
Shipping fee will vary depending on shipping destination and the package size, duties and taxes prepaid. Orders typically ship within 2 working days from Hong Kong. Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays within Hong Kong. Shipping time from 2 to 5 working days depending on location. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes at this time.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us in its original condition & packaging within 30 days of purchase. Already marked-down items cannot be returned and exchanged.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. As such, we offer a limited 5 year warranty on backpacks and bags, and a 2 year warranty on other items and accessories.
