Orders typically ship within 2 working days from Hong Kong. Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays within Hong Kong. Shipping time from 2 to 5 working days depending on location.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes at this time.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. As such, we offer a limited 5 year warranty on backpacks and bags, and a 2 year warranty on other items and accessories.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us in its original condition & packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Disappointed

i'm disappointed in this product. I've owned other pac safe bags before and really love them.

But with this one, i found that the bottom of this bag narrows out and it doesn't hold as much as i thought it would.

Der perfekte Rucksack für Tagestouren

Der Pacsafe trägt sich angenehm, hat eine gute Größe (ich dachte erst, 25 Liter sind vielleicht zu viel, aber das Volumen ist ideal) und das Gefühl der Sicherheit macht das Ganze nochmal angenehmer. 🤗😁

Great back pack

Great back pack. Big enough for light day travel or if you're a minimalist then you could probably get away with this on longer journeys. I spent 4 days away and used this pack to take everything I needed.
